For the past forty years, Don has been instrumental in leading the success of key It Corporations by growing Asia Pacific region through strategic global alignment, driving new channels, building a culture of performance and developing talent across 14 diverse countries in the region.
Don’s tenacity to create relevance and sustain growth in emerging as well as mature markets has meant those companies continues to outpace the market in their areas of expertise. Backing his stellar achievements is more than 40 years experience in the IT industry, by providing hardware and software solutions to enterprise across South Africa, Italy and the Asia Pacific region.
Don is the founder of AltoPoint , a non for profit organisation that is focused on helping people succeed in life. This involves mentoring, coaching and strategy development, building individuals and organisations through using proven methodologies and bringing his vast experience to bringing influence to change mind-sets.
He currently has position on a number of external boards and previously represented the Asia Pacific Region on a Global Strategy Board for SAS.
Don is resident in Sydney, Australia and is passionate about life and seeing others succeed. His personal philosophy is “Changing mind-sets through influence” and advocates that both personal and business transformation is required as we encounter a world of disruption and massive growth. He has a passion for innovation and building a servant leadership capability for his clients.
